About Me
My name is Ashley Balkwill and I am a registered Early Childhood Educator with my Resource Consulting Certificate. My background is recreation and leisure and I love bringing both of my passions together to support Early Childhood Educators with child development and behaviours. I have been working with children for more than fifteen years and I am excited to share my expertise with you.

At Creative Early Intervention, our mission is to empower early childhood educators with innovative tools and support to create inclusive, developmentally nurturing classrooms. We provide practical digital resources and strategies that enhance children’s learning experiences, helping every child thrive through meaningful engagement and proactive behavior management.
